This 12.5 oz. bag (354 grams) contains our medium roast whole beans that you can grind yourself for an electric percolator or traditional drip coffee maker. Use a regular grind to bring out Cafe Duran's unequaled flavor, aroma, and freshness. Use a fine grind to obtain a stronger and purer aroma and flavor.
This whole bean coffee comes sealed in its own zip lock package. Once the package has been opened, it should be stored in the freezer.
BREWING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE BEST CUP OF CAFE DURAN
Make sure the coffee maker is clean
For each 8-ounce cup of water, use one full tablespoon of ground Cafe Duran
For consistent taste and flavor, always use the same proportions of water and coffee
Pour the coffee as soon as it is ready
Do not reheat the coffee, and above all, always use Cafe Duran for your best cup of coffee
